What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
– Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
– Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
– Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must be located in Texas
– 6 months customer service experience minimum
– Over 18 years of age
– Ability to type 25 wpm
– High School Graduate or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 6 months Call Center experience
– Logical problem-solving skills
– Availability to work various shifts
– Ability to use Windows operating systems
– Organization and work prioritization skills
