What You?ll Be Doing…

The Senior Manager of Value CX Communications & Employee Engagement is accountable for elevating the employee experience within our internal CX teams and external partner organizations. This role is critical to the Value CX team, as you will be designing our internal CX communications, managing projects on behalf of the CX organization, driving employee engagement and fostering a culture of exceptional employee/partner experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling narratives, developing engaging content and implementing strategies that connect and inspire employees across the Value CX organization.

Responsibilities:
? Create and manage content for internal Value CX communication channels, including newsletters, release updates and leadership messaging.
? Collaborate with leadership to craft and disseminate key messages, updates and initiatives to the Value CX organization.
? Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal CX communications and engagement initiatives.
? Provide regular updates and insights to CX and operations leadership on engagement levels, communication reach and program impacts.
? Organize and facilitate CX employee events, workshops, training opportunities and recognition programs. Ensure employees have clear career path documentation and opportunities.
? Act as the department liaison with key partners such as VCG CX, Talent and Acquisition, HR, GTS, L&D, etc
? Work closely with leaders, team members and working groups across the organization to facilitate execution of CX projects and initiatives.
? Implement creative solutions that provide CX new hires and existing employees with a memorable and effortless onboarding/offboarding experience.

In this role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:
? Bachelor?s degree or four or more years of work experience.
? Six or more years of relevant work experience.
? Hands-on project management approach with a proven track record of project execution.
? Expert storyboarding skills; ability to take dialogue and build executive-ready presentations.

Even Better if you have one or more of the following:
? Leadership experience.
? A project management certification.
? Experience organizing training opportunities.
? Customer Experience operations background.
? Experience with business process improvement or re-engineering.
? Proven track record developing standards and processes.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $89,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
