Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain online accounts for customers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to any issues or concerns.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
4. Monitor online account activity and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
5. Assist with the implementation of online marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on online account performance and metrics.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online account management or customer support.
2. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online account management platforms.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
