Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and issues via live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities…

? Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in customer service or live chat support preferred.
? Excellent written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
? Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
? High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
