Job Responsibilities:
? Assist clients via our live chat platform, providing swift, courteous, and effective support on product information, technical questions, or potential complaints.
? Upkeep and increase customer satisfaction levels, establishing a strong rapport through professional and friendly conversations.
? Document chat interactions, feedback, and appropriate reporting of customer concerns.
? Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly, including escalating necessary concerns for further review.
? Contribute to the improvement of the chat process, suggesting measures for enhancing the live chat system.
Desired Qualifications:
? Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to express points concisely and clearly.
? The possession of basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
? Determination to learn more about our services.
? Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating patience and thoughtfulness.
? A high level of self-motivation, plus the capacity to work well alone, or as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves:
