Key Responsibilities

? Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.

? Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realty?s services, property listings, and market trends.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
? Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred.
? Excellent written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Proficiency in using live chat… software and other customer support tools.
