About The Role…
Our company offers professional services for significant Federal Healthcare IT initiatives. By joining us, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of clinical data management, aiding in the analysis and enhancement of workflows within the Federal Government.
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support our President, contributing to our headquarters’ efficiency and organization. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of complex administrative tasks to support the President, including coordinating calendars, managing emails, scheduling and overseeing virtual meetings, and preparing meeting agendas.
Act as a gatekeeper, efficiently managing access to the President to ensure productivity.
Organize and manage the President’s schedule, including promptly arranging meetings, phone calls, and virtual meetings, ensuring the right participants are in attendance.
Take responsibility for email management, including prioritizing incoming emails and maintaining a clean inbox.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take accurate minutes for high-profile projects, and manage project documents in line with our file management policies.
Display a commitment to learning, with a willingness to familiarize yourself with clinical or technical subjects.
Show impeccable attention to detail in managing time sheets and company documentation.
Travel Requirement
Regular weekly local travel to our Clifton, VA office is necessary.
Skills And Qualifications
7-10 years of administrative support experience, particularly in roles supporting C-Suite executives.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite and experience with MS Teams are essential.
Educational Requirements
A Master’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
This is a fully virtual position, but candidates must be based in Northern, VA for necessary local travel.
A high-speed internet connection is required.
