This role is seeking for right individual who has experience in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for… Materials Management, Procurement, ARIBA Supply chain Collaboration Network including strong knowledge of data by leveraging AI/ML capabilities. Design and build of applications end to end beginning with proposing the fit for purpose architecture. Work with the development and Support teams ensuring that all solutions are implemented and enhanced according to the agreed design and enterprise standards. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and must demonstrate broad knowledge of Supply Chain Materials Management and Procurement business processes along with Automation experience. Additionally, candidate must have excellent stakeholder management skills, experienced in large-scale project management, excellent teamwork abilities and a good understanding of change management principles. What You?ll Do for Us Business requirements ownership and translation into functional and technical requirements Effective Architecture (AI/ML,ETL Process, Analytical Process, Reporting); Effective Application design, (reusable, flexible, expandable, compliant); Quality and robust solution deliverables that provide absolute minimal disruption to production systems. Operational effectiveness (standard repeatable processes and deliverables across development teams) Effective knowledge of Data in leveraging it in a Network architecture and exploiting to deliver Automation. Effective development (high quality, according to the enterprise standards, low-cost components delivered according to plan) Consult with solution project teams in order to develop a solution design which is compliant with the architecture and standards of the Company. Establish and maintain the architecture and standard technology products in order to enable consistent, reusable and efficient practices within the IT function. Establish and maintain the application development environment standards (including project management and solution delivery methods/tools/technology) for global use in order to enable consistent, reusable and efficient practices within the IT function (covers full development life cycle of analysis, design, development, testing, training or delivery). Design application software components including specifications of audit controls, exception and error handling, security, retention, procedural or recovery logic in order to construct the application. Develop application specific standards and procedures, such as how errors will be handled in the application, in order to complete detailed design. Identify key opportunities for processes, applications and SAP solutions improvement and lead the development. Provide leadership, guidance and technical support in applicable areas. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Technical, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ Years of experience on SAP ERP systems (ECC and/or S4/HANA) on Materials Management, Sourcing and Procurement areas Deep knowledge of SAP Materials Management module, clear understanding of integration points with upstream and downstream processes Good knowledge on implementation, rollouts, and production support environment Strong experience in configuration in MM or P2P cycle. Strong experience in Master Data migration, MRP process, Procurement, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, Physical Inventory, Valuation Design, customize, configure and testing of MM. Strong experience in PO Release, Sub-contract Processing, STO, Third party process, Service Procurement Processes, invoice verification Strong integration knowledge with other functional modules like FI, CO, PP, SD, WM and TM. SAP HANA implementation experience in MM module will be an advantage. Experience with implementation of Add-ons to SAP MM will be an advantage. IDOC / EDI interface experience Understanding or knowledge of Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and/or other Ariba modules an advantage Prior knowledge of AI/ML to deliver automation use-cases in Procurement will be an advantage. Experience with IBP interface will be an advantage. Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex global matrix organization, to lead cross-functional teams, having excellent understanding of relevant business requirements and dynamics as well as establishing networks with key stakeholders. Excellent Communication skills. Strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
