Duties:
– Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
– Prepare and sort documents for data entry
– Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
– Verify data by comparing it to source documents
– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
– Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
– Proficiency in basic math and data entry
– Familiarity with databases and office software (e.g., Excel)
– Knowledge of pivot tables and order entry systems is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– Excellent organizational skills
– Prior experience in administrative roles or data collection is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.40 – $22.16 per hour
