Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of CVS products and services
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Healthcare or pharmacy background
