We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with product and service inquiries, guiding them through our custom label selection and order process, and addressing any concerns to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities…
Customer Interaction: Manage incoming contacts and initiate customer interactions via phone, email, and other methods.
Warm Greetings: Greet customers warmly and understand their reason for contacting.
Information Provision: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using established procedures, guidelines, and information systems.
Relationship Building: Develop sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Account Guidance: Assist customers in initiating and maintaining their accounts and orders.
Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, gather relevant information, escalate issues to appropriate team leaders if needed, and communicate proposed resolutions to customers.
Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Company Information: Share relevant company information with customers.
Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and objectives.
Product Recommendations: Suggest potential products or services to management based on customer feedback.
Order Processing: Monitor and manage orders from ticket creation through proofing and production.
Required Skills And Experience
Proven customer support experience.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.
Proficiency in desktop computing and applications, especially Apple OSX-related tools, and database usage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn about custom product label printing.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, home-based office environment.
