– Investigate and resolve various employment complaints
– Provide guidance on conflict and dispute resolution
– Document investigations and recommendations effectively
– Act as a knowledgeable resource on challenging employment issues
– Tailor and deliver communications to influence outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
– Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience
– Minimum of 3 years of investigation experience
– Basic knowledge of employment law and practices
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– At least 5 years of experience working in a team corporate environment
– At least 5 years of Human Resources or Legal experience focused on employment investigations
– SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or related/similar certifications
– Experience conducting all types of employment investigations
– Basic knowledge of employment law and practices
