What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Troubleshoot, install, and support customers on software and hardware equipment
– Provide courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in person
– Ensure timely and accurate setup of all systems
– Test systems to ensure functionality
– Maintain detailed documentation in the ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience
– Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
– Associates Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
– 2+ years of Networking Experience
– 2+ years of customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience as a Support Technician in a technology-related field
