Job Description:
Coca-Cola is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires at least… 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with clients via phone and email to address any inquiries or concerns
– Assist the account management team with preparing and sending client invoices
– Update and maintain client account information in our CRM system
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
– Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly
– Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed
– Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to clients
Requirements:
– 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role
– Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote setting
– Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
