What will I do in the role?
? Have a ?can do? attitude
? The first point of contact for all customer queries
? Brand ambassador for your client
? Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
? Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?
? Experience working for a retailer
? Experience working in a luxury background
? Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
? A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
? Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Works well within a team
? Confident IT skills
? Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
? Great attention to detail and highly organised
? Fluent in German
? C2 Level of English required

Education/Studies:

Not essential, but beneficial)
? Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
? Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
? Make-up Artists
? Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

Working Hours:
? Part time ? 20 hours per week
? Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm and Friday 9am-6pm
? Start date 18th October 2024 until 31st January 2025

Location:
? Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office
