You will play a crucial role in representing our dealer clients positively in online interactions and converting these engagements into valuable leads, thereby contributing to their revenue generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage diverse customer inquiries through online chat channels
? Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding products and services
? Assist in scheduling appointments based on customer requirements
? Cultivate and update a comprehensive knowledge base of our continually evolving products and services
? Gather customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations
? Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client feedback
Required Skills
? Exceptional customer service skills with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
? Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities
? Proficient in written and verbal English communication
? Competence in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills

Qualifications
? Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory
? Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute, with 40+ words per minute preferred
? High School Diploma or equivalent certification
? A clean background check is required
? At least 2 years of experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment is preferred
