Key Responsibilities

? Maintain regular communication with families to discuss their child?s development and additional support options.
? Work in partnership with general education teachers to foster inclusive educational environments.
? Stay informed of special education regulations and actively participate in ongoing professional development.

Required Skills
? Excellent communication skills for engaging with families and collaboration with school teams.
? Proficient in the development and management of IEPs.
? Skilled in delivering tailored lessons through online educational platforms.
? Ability to track and report on student progress effectively.
? Knowledgeable about special education regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
? A valid Ohio teaching certification with an Intervention Specialist Endorsement.
? Professional liability insurance is required.
? Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of experience in telehealth or educational settings.
