Skills:

Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in loan processing/underwriting preferred
• Encompass software experience preferred
• Knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines is a plus
• Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting complex financial documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
