Position Summary:
Compass Travel Co is seeking a Remote Virtual Travel Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates virtually. ? Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meetings, ensuring seamless experiences for clients. ? Support scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for corporate executives and team members. ? Provide assistance with personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences. ? Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy. ? Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction. ? Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. ? Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
