What You'll Do...
Become the trusted advisor and go-to resource for your assigned client accounts.
Build strong relationships, listen deeply, and understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
Bridge the gap between our technical solutions and your clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues and keep your clients happy.
Develop strategic growth plans to expand revenue within existing accounts.
Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to maximize revenue.
Proactively communicate, holding regular check-ins and meetings to stay tuned into client needs and build lasting relationships.
Take initiative, be self-directed, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
