SCM is looking to hire an Entry Level Forwarding Account Representative IMMEDIATELY . We are looking for a reliable and friendly candidates to join our team. JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. This is solely an office position, no field work. This is not a collections or sales job, however you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Daily duties may include some or all of the following:
? Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
? Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
? Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
? Manage the repossession process for bank clients
? Work closely with bank employees
? Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues

QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
? Strong communication skills
? Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
? Strong attention to detail
? Professional appearance and demeanor
? Punctual with good attendance is a must
? Must have superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor
? Must pass criminal background check and drug test

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
? After probationary period the compensation changes from hourly pay to salary + commission.
? Full Healthcare Insurance after 60 days and the first of the month

The office is located in Dallas, TX (75243)

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
