What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor and report on abuses of religious freedom and positive developments in assigned areas
• Conduct research and prepare reports on the actions of foreign officials related to religious freedom violations
• Travel to designated countries for information gathering and monitoring purposes
• Brief senior officials on significant religious freedom-related developments
• Compile progress reports, strategic plans for outreach, and participate in training workshops

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in policy research and analysis in international relations/affairs
• Knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations regarding human rights and religious freedom
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in standard software including Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Master?s or other post-graduate degree in a related field
• Familiarity with various religious traditions and dynamics
• Experience working with government agencies or international organizations
• Sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and competing interests
