Data Entry Clerk (Work From Home)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems from the comfort of your home. This role requires a high level of accuracy, time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities...
? Input data into company databases, systems, or spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
? Verify and cross-check data for errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies, and correct any mistakes as needed.
? Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access and retrieval.
? Prepare reports and summaries based on the data entered when required.
? Communicate with other departments to gather information and ensure accurate data entry.
? Perform regular backups of data to prevent data loss and maintain data security.
? Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively while working independently from a remote location.
? Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as generating reports, conducting online research, or handling email correspondence.
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all company data security protocols.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor?s degree is a plus. ? Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote setting. ? Fast and accurate typing skills with a strong attention to detail. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry or database software. ? Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration. ? Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues that may arise when working remotely. ? Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar). ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup conducive to productive work.
