Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

? Familiarity with Apple products and services

? Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently

? Prior customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services

? Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers

? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

? Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services

? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes

Educational Qualifications
