The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

Sr Product Content Planner

The Sr. Product Content Planner will influence strategies and standards that enhance the product data and content experience on Target.com. This individual will focus on the editorial copy, product images, size & fit data, social & expert content, and third party performance + acquisition of content for a given category product detail pages. The goal of this work is to improve the guest experience on Target.com, as well as improve KPIs objectives such as traffic, engagement and SEO.

? Regularly gather and analyze insights to build expertise and recommendations to improve content performance in each category.
? Enhance the development of .com strategies to determine the appropriate mix of data and content necessary to create robust product detail pages.
? Collaborate with and influence internal and external partners on content creation and acquisition.
? Deliver end goal of vastly improving product data and content in order to enhance the Target Guest?s multichannel experience.
? Implement standards based on the amount of product data and content necessary to meet the strategic goal.

Requirements
? Four-year college degree with focus in business, marketing, editorial/creative, or related field preferred
? 3-5 years? experience; Digital experience preferred
? Strong Analytical Skillset
? Proven leadership and decision-making skills
? Assertiveness and strong initiative to drive change
? Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly and work with ambiguity
? Strong execution skills, self-motivated, able to set work plans and prioritize
? Strong project management and problem-solving skills
? Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as 'Flex for Your Day') work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
