We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in London or nearby to strengthen our team. You'll be working with potential clients to bring their best ideas and solutions to life with Clockwise Software.

What we?re looking for:
? 3+ years of Sales experience in IT companies;
? 1+ year of experience in offline sales, including events and conferences;
? Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken;
? A strong track record of leading negotiations and presentations with C-level executives;
? Deep industry knowledge of technology and services;
? Proven ability to close deals valued at $100,000+, with an annual sales volume of $400,000+;
? A sharp ability to quickly research, analyze, and process information;
? Expertise in handling objections and navigating rejections effectively;
? A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

? A background in account management;

Key responsibilities: ? Representing the company at conferences and in-person meetings with potential clients; ? Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction; ? Delivering tailored solutions that address client needs; ? Conducting competitor analysis and developing competitive strategies to strengthen market positioning; ? Crafting a compelling outreach strategy based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyer Personas (BPs); ? Managing objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
