Job Description

As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that each interaction is resolved efficiently and to the customer?s satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues when necessary. Your goal is to create a positive customer experience and uphold the high standards of Delta Airlines.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, and policies.

3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

7. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
