What You Will Get To Do:
? Thoroughly reviewing incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's intent for processing.
? Proficiently processing a wide range of routine and complex customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
? Meticulously reviewing transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
? Collaborating with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
? Engaging in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
? Actively liaising with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
? Actively participating in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.

What You Will Bring:

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
? Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
? Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
? Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
? Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
? An unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail.
? High School Diploma or equivalent required
