This position is a highly visible and integral role within the Global Business Partnerships (GBP) team which is responsible for driving revenue by establishing and growing key partnerships with major airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and global distribution systems (GDS). Within GBP, the Global Revenue Management (GRM) team is responsible for providing insights into our supplier performance and supporting negotiations globally to enhance revenue for GBT and our partners. Our team works very closely with collaborators across the organization with regular exposure to senior leadership.

Right now, we are looking for a forward-thinking GRM Insights Analyst with strong analytics foresight and data mining skills to join the GRM Insights Team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Assist the GRM insights team in North America covering Air & Car
Own relationships with North America supplier management directors and their teams and drive performance monitoring, revenue optimization and negotiations support for their portfolios.
Provide commercial insights to support sophisticated deal negotiations and value propositions of key focus suppliers like: AA, DL, UA, AS
Review performance of Big 3 NA Deals (AA, DL, UA) as well as other airlines we have partnerships with; communicate insights into performance drivers, identify key risks and develop a mitigation plan
Provide analysis, insights and key recommendations on back-end deal harmonization from any future GBT acquisitions/partners
Participate in supplier meetings where possible (and appropriate)
Work on global initiatives to optimize existing revenues and identify new revenue opportunities. Potential activities could include (but are not limited to):
Participating in cross-functional new revenue project teams
Expanding partnership with SM&P teams in other regions, supporting roll out of deal models and establishing relationships with global team
Keep up to date with the overall market trends as well as external factors that could impact supplier performance
Demonstrate strong communication skills translating complex data into key messages to internal and external collaborators

Qualifications Include:

Excellent analytical approach with broad commercial competence
Strong communication skills - ability to translating complex data into key messages and addressing internal and external collaborators
Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a global team
Able to work with data at a detailed level while keeping an eye on the broader strategy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
2-4+ years work experience
Proven experience of working in an analytical role

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate?s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
