The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it?s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team of ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

About The Role

This role plays a key role in driving revenue growth and success of GrowthX by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Your day to day will look... like-
? Develop and maintain relationships with top startups and partners.
? Own the negotiation and execution of business deals and partnerships
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy and goals
? Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and threats

Must haves
? Phenomenal communication across the board- Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need.
? 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
? Great documentation and structured problem solving skills. No hacks.
? Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.

Good to have
? Knowledge of GrowthX or the industry is a plus
? Previous startup experience (you have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment)
? Knowledge of CRM/Martech tools
? Experience in either of- Edtech, Health, or Wellness apps
