5. **Reporting:**
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to present to management.
• Utilize client relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate client information and track engagement metrics.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
• Propose new strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction based on insights and personal observations.
? *Qualifications:**

• **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• **Experience:** 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred.
• **Skills:**
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation abilities with the capability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
