Key Responsibilities

? Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting.
? Review posted data meticulously to confirm its alignment with original auction records, ensuring comprehensive cross-referencing and verification.
? Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies, including complex posting errors.
? Collaborate effectively with the posting team to uphold accuracy and provide timely feedback.
? Maintain organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and corrections made.
? Propose enhancements to processes aimed at improving both accuracy and efficiency in data management.
? Offer support on ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management.

Required Skills
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with a keen eye for error-checking.
? Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills essential for detecting discrepancies.
? Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members.
? Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapid work environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing complex data errors.
