Requirements: ? Must be 18+ ? Must have at 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry ? Must be a good coach to develop team ? Must be coachable ? Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues ? Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing ? Must have a current Food Handles Card
