### Responsibilities:

? Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard Southwest flights.

? Conduct pre-flight cabin checks, safety briefings, and post-flight evaluations.

? Serve refreshments and meals and sell onboard merchandise.

? Address passengers? inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

? Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment.

? Adhere to all aviation rules and regulations.

? Assist in medical emergencies and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.

? Participate in recurrent training and personal development sessions.

### Requirements:

? Minimum age of 21 years.

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Possess a valid passport and eligible to travel in and out of the U.S.

? Ability to reach overhead bins and lift standard luggage.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

? Must pass a background check and drug screening.

? Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

? Readiness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

### Educational Qualifications:

? A high school diploma or GED is required.

? Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or first aid are advantageous but not mandatory.
