What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution
? Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned company clients
? Utilize graphical user interface (GUI) screens to provide standardized responses
? Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services
? Escalate unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? Minimum of 6 months call center experience, either remote or onsite
? Ability to work all assigned shifts, including nights and weekends
? Strong problem-solving skills using provided decision trees
? Willingness to be on camera during work hours

? Experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
