Key Responsibilities: ? Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. ? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops and iOS devices. ? Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. ? Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. ? Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. ? Educate users on best practices for using company technology and software. ? Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups. ? Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; Associate?s degree in IT or related field preferred. ? Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and iOS devices. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Customer service-oriented mindset. ? Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Preferred Skills
? Experience with help desk or technical support roles.
? Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.

Pay Range (Low $16.50/hour to Max $17.50/ hour)/hourly
