This role is for you:
? Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
? Valid drivers license
? Must have vehicle or reliable transportation
? US citizen
? English speaking
? Minimum 3 years professional cleaning experience for residential
? Minimum three years professional cleaning experience for commercial job
? Willing to take a background check
? Willing to take a drug test
? Provide 2-3 references

Responsibilities include:
? Interacting with clients
? Traveling to and from clients homes
? Pick up employees to and from jobs
? Overlooking employees
? Carry supplies, equipment, tools (24hrs)
? Daily reports
? Thoroughly cleaning clients homes from top to bottom: All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, Living areas, hallways, etc..
? Take pictures/ videos BEFORE/AFTER
? Business laundry
? Must carry 25 pounds
? Ensure a clean and orderly environment
? Move furniture as necessary
? Organizing and cleaning
? Must be good with people & pets
? On time is high priority
? Tracking inventory
