PoolLogic is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team in a fully remote position. Serving as the voice of the company, this role is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company?s services. This is a contractor position.

Responsibilities: ? Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services ?... Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally ? Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions ? Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs ? Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies

Key Requirements: ? Fluent, near-native level spoken English ? Availability to work US business hours ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills ? Experience in customer service or related field ? Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required
? 1-2 years of customer service experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
? Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required ? training will be provided!
