Job Description Summary: Provide leadership on thecompany's internal networksin the technical design, development, testing and Implementation of systems engineering projects according to customer/systems requirements. Responds to environment problems and implements resolution efforts across technology areas. Coordinates project activities and consultation across multiple projects, computing... platforms, and technologies. Provide leadership and/or perform change management, outage management and/or project management activities. Provides mentoring for the technical development of those in less senior staff. Job Specific Information: Provide quality services and solutions to our Customer Experience (CE) Contact Center Operation. Oversee project-based installations and integrations with Five9 could platform services Ability to work remotely approximately 50% of the time, supporting CE Contact centers across different global regions (US, EU, APAC, MESIA, and LAC) Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and performance of VoIP to support the optimization of system networks for CE operations. Responsible of monitoring and executing different types of diagnostic tests for the networks and recommend technical solutions for faster information processing to avoid operational delays and - downtimes. Analyze existing VoIP configuration & topology and develop enterprise architecture plans for voice and data services. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: ? Certification in Voice Engineering or related field ? Proficiency in Five9 Cloud Contact Center applications and services ? Experience with Verint WFO application ? Experience with SIP telephony applications ? Experience with Voice Over IP (VoIP) technology ? Experience with IT Network, Security and Telecoms Infrastructure: WAN, LAN and VoIP ? Great understanding of network topologies and operation (TCP/IP, routing, QoS, firewalls, packet capture and analysis, the OSI stack) ? Familiar with network related trouble-shooting tools. ? Experience with Incident Management process, SRE best practices and continuous improvement ? Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities ? Strong verbal and written communications skills Domicile/Relocation: Collierville, TN Remote Verbiage: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT related engineering, computer science, information systemsor related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.Five (5) years equivalent work experience in engineering or information technology environment.
