Key Responsibilities: ? Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. ? Provide knowledgeable and friendly service, answering questions about products, prices, and store policies. ? Stock shelves, displays, and end caps with merchandise, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and priced. ? Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including aisles, displays, and stockrooms. ? Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. ? Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately. ? Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. ? Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines. ? Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures. ? Assist with special projects and seasonal tasks as assigned by store management.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. ? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. ? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Physical Requirements: ? Ability to stand, walk, and move about for extended periods. ? Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. ? Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
