Job Description
As a Delta Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing our customer service experience. Working remotely, you will perform various administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring that our passengers receive top-notch service and support. Requirements
? Must be a resident of New York State.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
