UPS is looking for a driven and experienced Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher.

At least 3 years of experience in customer support.

Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in negotiation and time management, with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
