Job Objective

The Recruiting Intern will assist the Lukos Human Resources efforts by engaging with prospective job candidates, screening resumes, contributing to the company candidate tracking system, creating and/or reviewing job descriptions, promoting job vacancies on various platforms, and supporting other HR/recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities
? Participate in required meetings
? Screen resumes
? Create job descriptions
? Post and promote job descriptions on various platforms
? Contribute to the company candidate tracking system
? Assist HR with recruiting and hiring tasks
? Assist Program Managers with recruiting and hiring tasks
? Assist Business Development team with recruiting and hiring tasks
? Recruit for Gaps, Transitions, and Contingency positions
