We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore, we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: ? Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns ? Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide updates ? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions ? Meet and exceed performance targets such as call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction ? Update and maintain customer information in the database ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities ? Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously ? Proficient in using computer and software applications ? Must have a quiet and distraction-free working environment ? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
