Key Responsibilities
? Deliver an engaging and student-focused curriculum that covers essential theories and practices of blueprint reading in a manufacturing context.
? Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
? Utilize educational technology to enhance the learning experience and integrate innovative teaching methods.
? Motivate students to achieve success by accommodating diverse learning styles and employing best teaching practices.
? Maintain accurate records including attendance and timesheets, while collaborating with the Apprenticeships & School-to-Work team on necessary documentation.

Qualifications
? Required: Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
? Preferred: Experience in teaching or training, especially in a high school environment, along with background in skilled trades.
