Senior Healthcare Account Manager - Remote

The Senior Healthcare Account Manager (FLSA exempt role) is responsible for managing a portfolio of key strategic clients, building strong relationships... ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities: ? Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic client accounts. ? Provide strategic guidance and solutions to drive client success and satisfaction. ? Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts. ? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to drive client retention and business growth. ? Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Forecast and track key account metrics ? reporting revenue trends, and client performance. ? Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management. ? Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely and effective manner. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. ? Create well organized, accurate, and concise material/work documentation for organizational use. ? Provide ongoing training, networking and professional development. ? Other duties, as assigned. Requirements: ? A bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. ? Minimum of 5 years of account management experience is required. ? Healthcare experience is required. ? Experience in the senior living/assisted living industry is required. ? Ability to travel, as needed. ? Exceptional written and oral communication skills. ? Ability to run and interpret a variety of reports and provide strategic solutions. ? Flexible and adaptable with regard to learning and understanding new technologies. ? High energy with strong initiative, accountability, self-directed and organized. ? Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment. ? Detail oriented with professional demeanor. ? Ability to deal with stressful situations. ? Use, protect and disclose patients? PHI and e-PHI only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. ? Posesss exceptional analytical skills to utilize in a medical billing environment.
