Zorns is currently looking for a seasoned, mature, reliable, part-time, friendly, outgoing, experienced and responsible person to join us for our catering and take-home phone order position for our beloved 75+ year old, fast-paced and exciting take-out restaurant.

This is a part-time position and is an exciting chance to be part of a LI institution, beloved restaurant, and historical landmark ? Zorn?s of Bethpage.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one-year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience highly recommended.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Taking phone orders with a friendly attitude

? Assisting customers to understand their needs

? Providing a great service experience for every customer

? Knowledge of the menu, answer questions and offer suggestions

? Ability to work in a team environment or independently

? Taking orders face-to-face

? Coordinate deliveries with drivers

? Various daily assignments

? Board of Health knowledge a plus ? not mandatory (classes offered)

Job Type: Part-time, Weekend Availability

Hours Can Range Between:
11AM ? 7:30PM, Closed Tuesdays
(shift / varies during holidays)

Work Remotely: No

Work Location: In person in Bethpage
