Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with various inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Responsibilities

  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Identify and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

  • Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
