Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat


• Assisting with reservations, cancellations, and changes

• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner


• Recording details of interactions and transactions


• Collaborating with other team members and departments as needed

Educational Qualifications
