**Responsibilities:**

4. Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up.

5. Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.

6. Offer upgrades and new products information to customers.

7. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set by the company.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
